Les souscriptions d’actions des compartiments GaveKal Asian Absolute Return UCITS Fund et GaveKal New World Fund (les « Compartiments ») s’effectuent sur la base des conditions du prospectus, du prospectus simplifié, des addenda et des suppléments afférents à la Société. Ce socle commun n'exclut pas une mise en œuvre différenciée. C'est pourquoi un OPCVM européen peut être commercialisé en France quand bien même son activité n'obéit pas à des règles en tous points identiques à celles qui régissent en France ce type de produit. Veuillez noter que la commercialisation des actions de certains compartiments de la Société est interdite en France.
